1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Qualli software-as-a-service product ("Qualli" or the "Service") provided by Tapp Agency Comm V ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using Qualli, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Registration and Trial Period
At this point in time we do not offer a trial period on our paid plans. If the user wishes to use our services without paying, they can subscribe to our "Free" plan.
3. Subscription Plans
Qualli offers three subscription plans:
Free: 0€/Month
Essentials: at 199€ / month
Growth: at 399€ / month
Enterprise: Custom amount of impressions, with custom pricing.
Companies can request custom quotes for impressions on the Enterprise plan at info@usequalli.com
Our pricing is clear, no hidden fees or extra's.
4. Payments
Users are responsible for timely payment of all fees associated with their selected subscription plan. Failure to make payment within the stipulated 30-day period may result in suspension or termination of the user's account.
5. Account Sharing
Users are not permitted to share their Qualli accounts with others. Any detected account sharing or unauthorized access may lead to suspension or termination of the user's account.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Company, Tapp Agency Comm V, its affiliates, and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use of or inability to use the Service or its mobile SDKs.

8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice of significant changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, at our sole discretion, at any time, and without notice, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
